Lytham St Georges Day Festival a Success

This weekend Lytham played host to the 2nd annual 'Lytham St Annes St Georges Day Festival'.A jam-packed weekend saw over 4,000 people turn up to celebrate England's national saints day. Many chose to visit Lytham Green, which featured a variety of stalls and fun events to entertain the whole family. Other events over the weekend included a parade, charity lunch and black-tie ball.
The events all helped to raise vital funding for organisations including Derian House Children's Hospice, Haythornthwaite Sports Foundation and ABF (The Soldiers Charity).
Such events continue to help put Lytham on the map and boost the local trade and economy.
